SIRIDAO: Candolim veterans defeated Fatorda Veterans 1-0 to enter the finals of the Siridao veterans cup at river plate Siridao sports club on Thursday. Bruno Coutinho showed that he still has it in him as he scored the only goal of the match with a brilliant header.
It was a man-of-the-match performance by the Candolim Veteran who unleashed some rasping shots at the Fatorda custodian. If it wasn’t for Ex International Chandrakant the scoreline could have been a lot worse for Fatorda Veterans. Chandrakant showed some fine reflexes and pulled out some stunning saves.
