CANSAULIM: CAC Cansaulim continued their dominance in the Mormugao Zone Goa Fooball Association U-14 league with yet another comprehensive 3-0 win over Rossman Cruz SC, at TB Cunha Sports Complex, Cansaulim, on Sunday.
Coming into the game high on confidence, CAC dictated terms in the first session with the home crowd backing their team.
Rossman Cruz found it difficult to match their opponents’ pace and were on the back foot for the major part of the game. They conceded the first when CAC Cansaulim’s Shane Barretto scored at the half hour mark.
CAC led 1-0 at the break.
Crossing ends, it was all CAC Cansaulim as Om Hanawarkar scored in the second goal in the 46th minute before Jerico Vaz slammed the third for his team.
Rossman Cruz had few chances late in the game, but after good build up play, they failed to convert their chances having a strong opposition defence infront of them.
