DUBAI: CAC Panjim edged past St. Sebastian Marna 2-1 via the tie-breaker to emerge champions of the Goan Soccer League football tournament, at Sudanese ground, Dubai.
CAC Panjim remained unbeaten in the tournament.
In an evenly contested final, Marna took the lead through Albino while Sahil equalised soon for CAC Panjim.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, Panjim came on top as their goalkeeper Nesty saved 2 penalties.
A total of 15 Goan teams participated over 7 weeks in the tournament.
