After a barren first half, Candolim forged ahead in the 46th minute through Royston. Trailing by a goal, Siolim tried hard to draw level but Candolim defense held its fort. Nehal Naik doubled the score in the 59th minute while Devendra Pednekar completed the rout of Siolim in the dying minutes of play.
