BATORA -CURTORIM: Candolim Veterans defeated Batora Veterans, Curtorim 6-4 via the tie-breaker to lift the Batora Curtorim Veterans Cup, organised by Batora United, at DSYA ground, Curtorim, on Sunday .
Peter opened the score-line for Batora in the 19th minute but the joy was short-lived as Alex equalised for Candolim in the 25th minute.
In the tiebreaker Candolim Veterans netted through Remy, Edith, Andrew, Jack and Alex while Pascal, Eklis and Uday found the net for Batora Veterans
Ex MLA of Curtorim constituency Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners up in the presence of other dignitaries and club officials.
