BATORA -CURTORIM: Candolim Veterans defeated Chinchinim Veterans 5-4 via the tie-breaker and moved into the semi-final of the Batora Veterans Cup, organised by Batora United, at DSYA ground, Curtorim, on Sunday.
Candolim Veterans opened the score-line through Shankar in the 24th minute.
With just three minutes left for the final whistle, Aldrin equalised for Chinchinim Veterans.
In the tie-breaker, Candolim Veterans netted through Edith , Shankar, Jack and Ency while Presley, Aldrin and Inacio found the net for Chinchinim veterans.
