Goa Football Association had coopted two members in the 3-member Jury of Appeal consisting Noel Lima Leitao, Albino Vales and Mauro Menezes who were elected. The coopted members are advocate Antonio Peres Cardozo and former football referee Juliao Rodrigues on its panel.
