RAIA: Chandor Club moved past Canacona SCC 4-2 to enter into the final of Tavares Family Memorial Football Cup organised by Cuncolim Union at Cuncolim ground, on Friday.
Canacona SCC netted the first goal of the match through Velvino Fernandes in the 7th minute.
Canacona SCC further inflated the lead through Sarvesh Gaonkar in the 13th minute. It was Chandor Club after changing the game plan netted two quick goals through Brivon Dias and Fhezer Gomes in the 46th and 50th minute respectively.
Chandor Club Further inflated the lead through Brivon Dias in the 50th minute. Valentino Carvalho also recorded his name on the scoresheet to made it 4-2 in the 66th minute.
The man-on-the-match award was presented to Chandor Club player Fhezer Gomes.
