CHANDOR /ORLIM: Chandor SC downed Rumdamol Sporting Club 3-1 in the GFA’s 3rd division leage football tournament match played at Chandor ground on Sunday.
Shawn Pereira, Laxman Gaonkar and Marfo Mascarenhas scored for Chandor SC while Abdul Shingani netted for Rumdamol SC.
In another match played at Carmona ground, United Club of Orlim defeated Ambelim SC 5-2.
Lambert Rebello scored a brace while Daniel Ferandes, Melbourna Carvalho netted a goal each for the Orlim team.
Salim Sadekar’s own goal helped Orlim team to take the goals tally to five. Kiran Hattikar and Lifton Pinto scored for Ambelim SC.
