NAVELIM: Chinchinim Veterans edged Fatorda Veterans 2-1 to move to the final of 9th Navelim Inter Village Veterans Cup, organised by Navelim Veterans, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Sunday.
Nikita Lobo opened the score-line for Chinchinim Veterans in the tenth minute but the joy was short lived as Vincent Niasso equalised for Fatorda Veterans in the 12th minute.
It was Fr Standly Fernandes who netted the match-winner for Chinchinim Veterans in the 67th minute.
