PANJIM: Chubby Cheeks Spring Valley High School, Pilerne clinched the girls State level sub-junior handball championship organized by Goa State Handball Association held at Sanquelim, recently.
In the finals they beat Holy Rosary High School, Nuvem 3-2 with Sharadhi Shetty scoring all the three goals.
In the semis they beat Benaulim Handballers with the score of 8-2 with Sharadhi Shetty scoring and Delmee Pinto scoring 4 goals, each.
