UTORDA: Churchill Brothers, Varca thrashed Zico Boys, Verna 10-1 in the MUC 5-a-side beach football tournament organised by Youth of Majorda, Utorda-Calata and Village Panchayat of Majorda, Utorda-Calata, at Utorda beach.
Churchill Brothers led 6-0 at the lemon break.
Post resumption, Zico Boys, Verna pulled a goal back through Milind.
Fredshan Marshal and Langurlem Murgsing scored a hat-trick each while Clencio also got his name on the scoresheet.
In the other matches, Holy Family, Betalbatim beat Deca Boys Panjim 4-2.
SC Cavelosim downed Beach Boys, Majorda 5-0. Black Arrows, Miramar beat Le-Royal, Nuvem 1-0 via sudden death. Limon Navelim shot-out Mix Friends, Verna 5-4 via the tie-breaker.
Cocktail and Dream, Canacona got the better of Beach Boys, Utorda 4-2.
