RAIA: Cris Boys, Curchorem, defeated Kakoda Boys by 42 runs to clinch the Curchorem Champions Trophy 2.0 organised by Star Boys of Curchorem, at the FoxStone ground, Cacora, on Sunday.
Batting first, Cris Boys scored 102 runs losing 6 wickets in 8 overs, courtesy brilliant batting by Mohit Gaonkar (49 runs off 19 balls) despite playing with a hairline fracture.
In reply, Kakoda Boys manage to score 60 runs losing 7 wickets.
