CHANDOR: Cuncolim Union downed Candolim Sports Club 2-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the 47th Chandor Seamen football tournament organised by Chandor Club, at Chandor ground, on Saturday.
Sandeep Dessai and Daulat Dessai of Cuncolim Union were the stars of the match with their good supplies to their teammates and shooting power too.
Cuncolim Union netted the first goal of the match through Sandeep Dessai in the sixth minute. In the second half, both teams tried their best to get the better of each other. In the injury time, Cuncolim Union consolidated their lead through Daulat Dessai.
