FATORDA: Cuncolim Union defeated Carmona SC by 2-1 in the GFA’s 2nd Division League football match, outside PJN Stadium ground, Fatorda, on Saturday.
Cuncolim Union scored through Frazier Fernandes in the 34th minute, heading in of a cross by Shubert Colaco. They doubled their advantage through Sompark Rebollo’s placement of a supply by Deepak Velip in the 38th minute.
Thereafter, Carmona SC pulled a goal back through Joelex D’Costa of a supply by Cazmiro Fernandes in the 42nd minute.
