NAVELIM: Curtorim Gymkana blanked Davorlim SC 2-0 to enter into the semi-finals of the 38th Gold Silver trophy tournament, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Monday.
Davorlim’s Mack Borges should have netted but the latter’s shot flew above the cross bar of Curtorim in the 22nd minute.
In the second half, Curtorim opened the score-line through Josly Gomes with a penalty kick in the 58th minute. Curtorim doubled the lead in the 68th minute of through Aleeward Mascarenhas.
