Curtorim Gym felicitates Armando, 3 others personalities

Curtorim Gymkhana felicitated four prominent achievers from Curtorim, Dempo head coach Armando Colaco, sports promoter Bruno Lourenco, headmaster Gromiko Fernandes of Our Lady of Rosary High School, Fatorda, State and National award winner teacher Gregorio Leao Rodrigues at an impressive function at St Alex hall, Curtorim.
Fr Mariano Dias, assistant parish priest, St Alex Church, Curtorim was the chief guest.
Fr Dias lauded the efforts of Curtorim Gymkhana for taking up the cause of felicitation of the achievers.
Armando said he was touched by the warmth of his fellow villagers. “I will always be available for any purpose for my village.Whenever I am needed I will make myself accessible for the village,” Armando stated.
Bruno explained about his aim to serve the village and the club in the future. Gromiko and Gregorio also echoed similar views.
Four students each from St Xavier’s Institute, Curtorim , St Rita’s High School, Maina, St Xavier’s High School, Macazana and Our Lady of Carmel High School, Curtorim were also felicitated.
