MARGAO: Curtorim Gymkhana grounded Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club, Raia 4-1 to enter the final of Dando Boys Cup Football tournament, organized by Dando Boys, at St John the Baptist ground, Dando-Benaulim, on Friday. In the first half, Curtorim Gymkhana were leading 2-1.
Gloria SC took the lead through Anthony Fernandes’ well composed shot.
At the other end, Curtorim Gymkhana equalized through Deslie Fernandes’ grounder.
Subsequently, Curtorim Gymkhana took the lead through Nelson Fernandes in the 29th minute.
Crossing over, Curtorim Gymkhana dominated the proceedings and Deslie headed in the third goal. In the final quarter, Deslie secured his brace.
