Rossman Cruz enjoyed the better share of exchanges and quickly adjusted on the heavy ground conditions. Their midfielders and forwards worked in tandem to put the rival defence under pressure but could not score due to poor marksmanship.
Post resumption, Rossman Cruz toyed with the rival defence and outplayed them in all department of the game. Daniel D’Costa, who was in thick of action, put his team in front soon and Myron Fernandes doubled the lead off a well-executed cross from Ajay Satarkar.
Daniel registered his brace after he gently tapped in from close range. Necidade Moniz drove the last nail into rival coffin late in the second half.
