MARGAO: Sporting Club of Davorlim prevailed over Social Cultural Club of Loutolim 4-3 via tiebreaker to storm into the quarter-finals of SWC Cup inter village football tournament organized by Social Welfare Club of Zaino at Zaino grounds, on Tuesday.
Both the teams displayed attacking football and kept both the goalkeepers busy but they managed to keep their citadel intact. The second sessions continued as both the teams started the game on cautious note hence there were few attempts at either goal .
In the tie-breaker, Melvin Figureido, Jodral Gomes , Wilson Mascrenhas and Paxton Gomes converted for Sporting Club of Davorlim while Teotonio Dias, Anthony
Araujo and Zico Rodrigues were on target for Loutolim.
