PANJIM: Don Bosco, Fatorda, boys and Sonics girls emerged winners at the 3 on 3 under-12 Basketball tournament, organised by KJs Sports and Cultural Club, at Youth Hostel, Miramar.
In the boys final Don Bosco Fatorda edged past Don Bosco High School, Panjim Nolan Fernandes played well for the winners. In the girls final, Sonics came on top of Don Bosco, Fatorda with Kim D’Souza dominating her opponents. A record total of 24 teams participated in the tournament. Julian Mathias of Mathias Developers was the chief guest and gave away the prizes.
