BENAULIM: Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda down SC Davorlim 3-2 to move into the semi-finals of the 29th Super Soccer football tournament organised by United Boys of Dando, Colva, at Sao Joao Baptist Dando ground, Benaulim, on Friday.
The first best chance of the match fell to Davorlim striker Agnelo Colaco but the latter’s shot hit the Don Bosco side netting in the second minute.
Three minutes later, Don Bosco’s Ashley Araujo’s long ranger failed to pop up into Davorlim nets.
Don Bosco opened the account through Joel Colaco’s placement shot in the tenth minute.
Within four minutes, Clencio Pinto’s curling shot safely landed into Davorlim net to make it 2-0 for Don Bosco. Don Bosco further inflated the lead through Clencio Pinto in the 25th minute to make it 3-0.
As the match progressed in the 32nd minute, Clifton Rebello netted for Davorlim to make it 1-3 and Agnelo Colaco made it 2-3 for Davorlim in the 35th minute.
