MAPUSA: Dempo Sports Club registered a 4-2 win over Sesa FA in the GFA boys U-15 Division I League match played at Poriat ground, on Friday.
Sesa FA lads did start brightly and scored two goals, one in each session of play through Johnson Rana and Mejoyce Goes. Once Dempo SC lads got their acts together, there was no looking back with Vasu Redkar scoring a brace and Declan Monteiro and Yug Palyekar netting a goal each to give win for their team.
In the next match, Churchill Brothers drubbed Calangute Association 4-1.
Vancio Gomes opened the team’s account. Tanesh Varak scored a hat-trick, while Chandan Nayak netted the consolation goal for Calangute Association.
