RAIA/MAPUSA: Dempo Sports Club humbled Young Boys of Tonca SC to register a comfortable 3-0 win in the Goa Professional League football match played at SAG ground, Benaulim, on Tuesday.
Dempo SC were leading by a goal at the breather.
Anish Gadar gave the lead to Dempo SC on the penalty kick. Mevan Dias doubled the lead in the 70th minute, while substitute Jordon Borges made the issue more safer for Dempo SC by scoring their third goal in the 73rd minute.
Dempo SC collected three points from this win and climbed to the top position with 40 points from 22 matches. This was the 19th loss for YBT Tonca from 23 matches and are placed bottom.
