Defending a stiff total of 219 (40 overs) Dewan started flamboyantly with good stroke on the off side and was well supported by Mandar Kurade (15), Vivek Patel (23) and Granthik Buyao (12).
After Dewan was out Rajat Morajkar (40 n.o) took it upon himself to finish in the last ball of the match.
Earlier, electing to bat, Poonam (42) and Janprit (82) consolidated the Chahar innings. Saiesh Saterdekar (3 for 30) was the pick of the bowlers while Rishikesh Desai, Aditya Sawant and Mandar Kurade took one wicket each.
