PANJIM: Don Bosco College, Panjim, defeated Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi, by 35 runs and moved into the semi-finals of Goa University inter-college women’s cricket championship at Taleigao grounds, on Tuesday.
The toss was won by Don Bosco who elected to bat. Don Bosco 143/3 in 20 overs. Vaishnavi Prabhu 53 not out , Amisha Lotlikar 22 not out. Nidhi Gaude 1/19, Gauravi Gawade 1/21.

In the other quarter-final, Narayan Zantye College, Bicholim defeated Vidya Prabodhini College, Porvorim by eight wickets.
