Doors open for all in U-19 League

NEW DELHI: Keeping an eye on increasing the involvement of the youth, All India Football Federation (AIFF) has opened the doors of the U-19 I-League to all Clubs and Academy Teams playing beyond the I-League and the 2nd Division League.

NEW DELHI: Keeping an eye on increasing the involvement of the youth, All India Football Federation (AIFF) has opened the doors of the U-19 I-League to all Clubs and Academy Teams playing beyond the I-League and the 2nd Division League.
 In order to compete in the U-19 I-League, the Teams need to get their Youth system accredited through the AIFF Academy’s Certification Programme which aims to set a standard of Youth Development in the Country through the Certification. 
A minimum rating of two stars is applicable for such clubs/academies to qualify for the U-19 I-League.
