VERNA: Dulape Boys registered a solitary goal win over Bamborda Boys to move into the next round of the 4th Verna inter-ward football tournament, organised by Youth of Bamborda at Verna ground on Monday.
Dulape Boys took advantage of the defensive errors of Bamborda and netted the match winner through Benny’s power-packed shot in the 50th minute.
With just few minutes left for the final whistle, Bamborda’s Jose D,Costa sent in along ball to Daniel Da Costa but the latter’s shot lacked power and was easily saved by rival keeper.
