MAPUSA: Dunes Sports Club registered a 2-0 win over Vagator Parish Youth Sports Club to enter the quarters of the late Shruti Pednekar Memorial Soccer Trophy organsied by Sodiem Siolim SC, at Khorier ground, Sodiem, here, on Friday.
The teams were locked in a goalless draw at the breather.
Sashank Aswekar opened the account in the 40th minute with a well executed free-kick to give his side the lead.
Ten minutes later, Dunes netted in their second goal with Glenson scoring a neat placement to make it 2-0.
