PANJIM: Dunes Sports Club hammered United Sports Club Mardol 7-1 in the Second Division League organised by Goa Football Association (GFA), played at Duler ground, on Wednesday.
Rayan Britto scored in the 3rd minute for Dunes while Myson Britto made it 2-0 in the 17th minute.
Vijit Salgaocar of United Club scored an own goal to make it 3-0. The Mardol side managed to pull a goal back later through Shivam Bhadare in the 34th minute as the Dunes lead 3-1 at half-time.
In the second half, Rayan Britto and Anson Lobo scored goals each as the score read 5-1 in the 72nd minute.
The Dunes side added further misery onto the opponents as Vivek Naik and Sylvester Dias added goals in the final minutes of the game as they won 7-1.
In a game held at Agassaim ground, Sinquerim SC beat FC Neura 3-0.
Karan Hoble gave the winners an early lead in the 11th minute. Second half goals from Harshad Goankar and Laximan Parab were enough to give the Sinquerim side full points.
