MARGAO: Fatima Sports Club beat Rosary Boys, Zorivaddo 3-1 via tie-breaker to march into the quarter-finals of Our Lady of Fatima Cup football tournament organized by Fatima Sports Club at Baida grounds, Chinchinim on Saturday.
Fatima SC was trailing 1-0 at half time.
Rosary Boys held the upper hand in the opening sessions and surged into the lead after Remeth Colaco bulged the net.
Stung by that setback, Fatima SC regrouped quickly and instantly took the fight to the rival camp and their efforts bore fruit as Daniel neutralized the lead with snap shot.
Fatima SC had the last laugh in the tie-breaker.
