RAIA: Fatorda Veterans edged past Siolim Veterans 5-4 via tie-breaker to move into the semi-finals of 4th all-Goa veterans football tournament organised by Batora United Club at DYSA ground, Curtorim, on Friday.
Shekhar netted the first goal in the 47th minute but the joy was short-lived as Vincent equalised for Fatorda Veterans in the 50th minute.
At the end of regulation time, both teams settled for 1-1 draw. In the resultant tie-breaker, Fatorda Veterans proved to be the better shooters.
