RAIA: FC Goa and Dempo SC registered wins in the GFA’s U-15 1st Division League, on Sunday.
At Sinquetim sports complex, Navelim, FC Goa trounced Salgaocar FC 6-1. Meldon Moniz scored three goals, while Cayden Rodrigues, Lesvin Rebelo and Sam Pereira scored a goal each for FC Goa. The only goal of Salgaocar FC was a self-goal by Cayden Rodrigues of FC Goa.
In another match, Dempo SC defeated Cortalim Villagers SWSC by 7-2 goals. Vasu Redkar and Declan Monteiro scored a hat-trick each while Yug Palyekar netted the other goal for Dempo SC.
Both the goals for Cortalim Villagers were netted by Nigel Lucas.
