Siolim took the lead in the 24th minute through Pradeep Pomburpekar but BAFF responded in the 38th minute with a delightful strike from Rajesh Govekar.
Changing over, Siolim went 2-1 up in the 65th minute through the boost of Arnold Fernandes, who finished with a powerful shot. They sealed the match with 10 minutes for the final whistle as BAFF defender Satu Gaonkar scored an own-goal.
Siolim now move into the final. The next quarter-final will be played between Guirim and Xetrapal.
