RAIA: Fr Agnel YSC, Paroda, downed Navelim Sporting Club 3-0 to move into the semi-finals of 3rd Uday Shirodkar memorial football tournament organised by Shiroda Youth Club at Subash Chandra Bose sports complex, Shiroda, on Monday.
Fr Agnel YSC netted the first goal of the match through
Steve Menezes in the 5th minute with a placement shot. Navelim SC Sam Pereira’s long ranger failed to pop up into Fr Agnel YSC net in the 10th minute. Fr Agnel YSC through Pratik Gaonkar in the 15th minute further inflated the lead with a long ranger. Fr Agnel YSC netted
the third goal through Dolson D’Costa in the 48th minute.
