CHANDOR: Fr Agnelo Sports Club outplayed Seraulim Sports Club 3-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the XLVI Chandor Seamen Trophy football tournament, organised by Chandor Club at Chandor ground, on Thursday.
Fr Agnelo Paroda opened their account in the eighth minute through a penalty kick taken by Sezwin Fernandes.
Fr Agnelo increased the tally in the 18th minute through midfielder Cirilo Dias.
Sezwin Fernandez completed his brace for Fr Agnelo with an easy finish.
Earlier, chief guest and Cuncolim MLA Clafasio Dias graced the inaugural function in the presence of club officials.
