MARGAO: Futebol Club YFA blanked Youth Welfare SC, Assolna, with a resounding win of 6-0, at U-13 Division League, at Benaulim ground, on Tuesday.
Lochlan Souia netted in the 22nd minute scoring the first for the winners. Trond Dias doubled the lead in the 27th minute for Futebol Club YFA. In the second half, Cristian’s Carvalho scored the third while Eric Tales netted the fourth. Trond Dias completed the brace in the 63rd minute for the winners. Yohann Souza was the other goal scorer for Futebol Club YFA.
At Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, Wilred Leisure SC were held to a goalless draw against Tilamola United SC.
The match started on an attacking. Both the teams created many chances but failed to shoot the ball on target. The good defence from both the teams was unable to break the deadlock as the defenders stood like rocks.
