GCA shut down till March 31

PANJIM: Pursuant to the call given by the Government of Goa through Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant and after detailed discussions with Health Minister Vishwajit Rane, the Goa Cricket Association (GCA) will shut down all operations in GCA till March 31,2020.

Except for ground personel who will attend in pairs to water the ground and work in shifts no other operations will take place at the GCA premises until further orders after a review of the situation on March 31.

All cricket leagues and tournaments and any activities related to cricket in Goa stand suspended till further notice. 

GCA President Suraj Lotlikar has appealed to all players to refrain from moving around and restraint themselves at home to try and keep themselves fit through yoga exercises and other exercises at home only. Suraj has urged all players to be with their families at all times.
