PANJIM: Genevieve D’Costa and Aalhad Chati secured a gold and bronze medal respectively at 31st Sub Junior National Aquatic championships organized by Madhya Pradesh Swimming Association at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, recently.
Genevieve, a student of St Xavier’s HSS, Mapusa top scored with 209 points in high board diving category.
In the boys group one diving, Aalhad settled for a bronze medal with 302 points.
Digamber Kamat, president; Sudesh Nagvenkar, secretary and Adv. Vinay Borkar of Goa Swimming Association congratulated the duo for their achievements.
