PANJIM: Goa Football Association (GFA) and Goa Football Development Council will be conducting an educational seminar for all active referees, new entrants and Match Commissioners with an aim to impart the latest techniques in refereeing and is being held in four modules.
The second module will be held on March 8 at two venues.
Active referees, new entrants and Match Commissioners from North Goa may report at St Xavier College, Mapusa and the South Goa zone officials may report at Nehru stadium, Margao. The module starts at 8.45 a.m.
