PANJIM: The GFA almost doubled its sponsorship received in the 2022-23 financial year from Rs 29,16,472.00 (2021-22) to Rs 57,29,636.00 as per the audited statement of accounts to be placed before the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) to be held on Sunday, July 9 at Mahalasa Hall, 3rd floor, Siddharth Bandodkar Bhavan, opposite Goa Football Association office here starting at 10 am.
The main sponsorship was received from CAM Rs 22,00,000:00, followed by CAM Pro League Rs 8,67,500:00; Genius Sports Rs 5,41,223.; Sesa FA Rs 5,00,000:00; Selvel Next Rs 2,25,000:00; Goa Pro League Rs 9,50,000:00; A2Z Sports Mgmt Rs 2,40,000:00; Fancode Rs 1,55,913:00; Sports KPI Rs 50,000:00. The CAM Pro League expenses worked out to Rs 20,26,497:00. (previous year Rs 14,20,308:00)
The yearly grants received were to the tune of Rs 24,97,927:00 (previous year Rs 12,78,463) with SAG providing Rs 12,64,594 as participation grant and Rs 1,00,000:00 as annual grant. The others came from AIFF Covid 19 Rs 8,33,333:00 and FASP from AIFF Rs 3,00,000:00.
The expenditure on Santosh Trophy amounted to Rs 17,29,404:00. (previous year Rs 6,96,594:00). The Duler ground hire charges gave an income of Rs 4,26,500:00 with maintenance on it amounting to Rs 2,81,431:00
The expenditure on Senior Women Nationals worked out to Rs 18,54,162:00, with accomodation for officials being Rs 3,11,094:00, ambulance charges Rs 1,20,000:00; lodging and boarding Rs 11,67,180:00; organisational expenses Rs 92,174:00; refreshments Rs 24,485:00; transport Rs 1,39,229:00. The receivables from AIFF are to the tune of Rs 34,03,346: 00.
The cash and bank balance is Rs 11,13,168:01
