PANJIM: The State junior team for boys clinched gold in 24th Junior National Sepaktakraw Championship in Regu event defeating Delhu 21-14, 21-13 at Fatorda on Wednesday. Meanwhile the State girls team settled for bronze after losing against Nagaland 21-17, 21-17.
Raksha Rajyamantri, Govt of India Shripad Naik was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of Chandrakant Kavlekar, Minister for Agriculture Govt of Goa and other dignitaries.
