PANJIM: Goa will participate in the 36th National Games Women’s football championship to be held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat from September 29 to October 9.
The Goa Football Association (GFA) will conduct the selection trials to select the Goa Women’s football team on August 19 for South Goa based players and on August 20 for North Goa based players from 3.00.pm at the Astro-turf ground near Nehru Stadium, Fatorda.
Players should report at the venue to coaches Maria Rebello or Mabel Mascarenhas along with two passport size photographs, original birth certificate, nationality proof like Aadhaar card or passport.
Goa have been seeded along with Mizoram, Tamil Nadu and Manipur.
