Goa has improved in cricket over the years: Amre

BORDA: Former Indian cricketer and assistant coach of Delhi Daredevils Pravin Amre said that Goa is improving over the years in the field of cricket as compared to previous years.
Speaking to the media at a hotel in Borda, Amre said,” there has been a vast improvement in Goan cricket over the years. Players like Swapnil Asnodkar and Shadab Jakati have shown their talent in the Indian Premier League.” 
The former Indian cricketer also stressed on the need for development in all areas as well.
”Offcourse, the infrastructure, fitness, proper mindset and exposure in various leagues across the country gives players the platform to showcase their talent and take it to the next level. Goan players can definitely make it to the National cricket team.”
 “Your dream begins when you try to establish yourself as a State player and there is no substitute for hard work,” Pravin emphasized.
