RAIA: Goa Police Veterans won the Curtorim Festival match by 2-1 margin defeating South Goa Veterans at the match played at DSYA ground, Curtorim.
South Goa Veterans scored first goal through Francis Andrade in the 10th minute to make 1-0. Goa police equalised through Francis Colaco in the 20th minute to make 1-1, soon after Francis Colaco scored for Goa Police Veterans to make 2-1 in the 25th minute.
Match ended 2-1 in favour of Goa Police Veterans.
Roque Mascarenhas (social worker) was the chief guest and gave away the prizes along with Josico Rebelo, Savio Fernandes President Curtorim Gymkhana, James D’Costa general secretary Curtorim Gymkhana and Joaquim Mascarenhas (cultural secretary Curtorim Gymkhana).
