CALANGUTE: Goa Velha Sports Club trounced Colvale Youth Club 3-0 in Goveia Super Cup inter-village football tournament organised by Candolim Sports Club at Dr. Gustavo Monteiro Stadium, Candolim, Wednesday.
Goa Velha dominated the proceedings and took the lead in the closing minutes of first half through Walvino Rego off Denzil.
Changing over, Goa Velha continued their dominance over Colvale and Denzil doubled their lead in the 50th minute. Jerald Pires added his name on the scoresheet in the dying minutes.
