MAPUSA: Goa Velha edged past FC Siolim in a thrilling penalty shoot-out, 5-4 to book their spot in the final of the14th Reira Trophy inter-village soccer tournament, organised by Saligao Sporting Club, at Saligao ground, on Wednesday.
