Goan Warriors broke the deadlock at the half hour mark as Mahableshwar Harijan took advantage of a feeble clearance from Colvale defender Joel Fernandes and scored. Eight minutes later, Tukaram Parab doubled the advantage after rival custodian Shelton Almeida fumbled in his collection.
Soon, Manjunath Rathod scored the third goal before the lemon break.
Post resumption, Mahableshwar secured his brace in the 65th minute and Joseph Philip netted the fifth goal, ten minutes from the final whistle. In the 88th minute, Nigel Lobo rounded off the tally.
