| GOOD SHOW: Goa State champion, Rohan Ahuja (2031) who finished 13th at 1st IWICA International Rated Rapid Championship in Bangkok with six points from nine rounds. He drew with GM Horvath Adam (2499) of Hungary – the runner-up in the fifth round. Later, he registered another draw against GM Mark Paragua who finished 4th. In the 2nd round, he lost to GM Barbosa of Phillipines. He gains 19 ELO points from the tournament and will attain his maiden Rapid ELO of 2050. |
