PANJIM: The Goa Rugby Football Union (GRFU) has joined hands with UAE Touch, to give rugby enthusiasts from the State an international touch of Rugby.
Anish Quenim, GRFU, President made the formal announcement of an official association with John Larkins, President UAE Touch & President of the newly formed Middle East South Asia Touch Federation, on Saturday. Larkins, has over 20 years experience of playing and coaching Touch Rubgy.
